Agroecology.org, offers a textbook and much else on the ecology of agricultural systems; the links are also very interesting.

Oekolandbau, website of the Stiftung Ökologie & Landbau, in Bad Dürkheim, Germany, has a comprehensive website of great interest for organic farming and ecologically informed land management. Here are pages on The World of Organic Agriculture, with links for Africa. The English pages are here.

The magazine Ecology and Farming is published by the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) and reports on the developments of organic agriculture worldwide. It covers production, research, agropolitics and new items along with conference reports and book reviews.

Rural Culture Association of Japan has long been a publisher of rural literature aimed primarily at farmers in Japan, but is now providing information for the international audience with English pages online (look for English tab on Japanese page).

The Association for Living History, Farm and Agricultural Museums is an American (USA) museum organization for those involved in living historical farms, agricultural museums, outdoor museums of history and folklife that employ people on-site to display "living history".

National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management - an Indian Government organisation providing information on agriculture in India and internationally.
