Our online archive is a trick of light and shadows |
Our own original website - a meeting place for academic research writers, editors, translators, proofreaders, and others. Please register to enjoy full use of the forums. Offers and requests can be made for any working language or pair of languages, by writers, editors, translators and others who are learners, experienced, or professional. The forums have been especially designed to encourage clear communication. Our aim is support for the academic writing communities anywhere. Not-for-profit. The "we" in this cooperative refers to all participants in the forums. It is thus a self-building cooperative, and a self-building database.
Editor and Professor Denis Dutton, of the University of Canterbury in Christchurch New Zealand, initiated an international Bad Writing Contest that is now officially sponsored by the Journal of Philosophy and Literature. Details of the contest can be found at the journal home (title link above), or via Dutton's personal website.
