A blog listing and search service is provided by Technorati. To function, this service requires blog owners to voluntarily place in their sites a short piece of code into their sites so that Technorati can place the blog in a category chosen by the blog owner. After inserting the code, the blog owner must 'ping' Technorato so that it knows that it knows where to find the inserted code.

How to post pictures.

Post pages can be made for individual postings to a blog; this gives the posting a unique internet address that can be used for internal cross-linking of blog content. Standard blog templates may create Post Pages by default. This can be checked in the Archiving section of the Settings page.
