Bee with pollen, 120 x 90 pixels, 4.9 Kb

(Wiki Media Commons, Jan 2005)

Evergreen in Kyoto, 74 x 238 pixels, 13.9 kb

JPEG, 16.5 kb, 14,187 bytes; TYPO 3 element browser reports size as ; a direct cut by cropping from digital camera file (evergreen leaves in Kyoto, autumn 2005, by PJM).

Note: This image , placed "in text at right", has pushed the title bar to the left, and has pushed the page frame area below the present text. This is not the last element in the page, so the framed area may be defined by the image size because the text is relatively short (c.f. the image below, the last on this page)

IMAGE 4

JPEG, 12.5 kb, 9,146 bytes; the TYPO3 image browser reports the size of this file as 62 x 85 pixels, 8.9 kb); a direct cut by cropping from digital camera file (evergreen leaves in Kyoto, autumn 2005, by PJM).

Note: in order to keep the photo inside the page frame, this note has been written in order to create more text. With text wrapping, the text area should exceed the image area in order to push the page frame boundary beyond the edge of the image. Presumably the computer has to give priority to one or the other, rather than to the combined size of the image and text.
